Driving home from work this evening the sky was as pretty as I've seen it. I happened to have my camera so I stopped and took a couple of pictures. I was almost too late. The first one shows the sun still reflecting off the clouds. A few seconds later the clouds were totally dark.
Lisa, I saw that sunset on the way home from Alabama on Friday evening and couldn't take my eyes off it. Cotton candy pinks and dreamsicle oranges, all aglow. Then the clouds added depth, and the sunset kept getting richer. It was about the best I've seen. I was wishing that I had someone with me to share it, and now I have you!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it comforting to know that even with all the kids, jobs, husbands and umpteen other things on our minds we can still be moved by the sunset?
